Crispy Gobi Pakora/ Cauliflower Pakoda

How to prepare Crispy Gobi Pakora 




Ingredients:
  • Cauliflower Florets
  • Besan 1cup
  • Rice Flour 1/2cup
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1/2tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1/2tsp
  • Corriender Powder 1/2tsp
  • Garam Masala 1/2tsp
  • Chaat Masala 1/2tsp
  • Cooking Soda 1/3tsp
  • Oil to fry
  • Water
  • Salt
Preparation Method:
  • Blanch the Cauliflower florets in turmeric.
  • Marinate it some salt.
  • Make a mixture of besan, rice flour, masala powders, salt n soda.
  • Add water to make thick paste.
  • Heat the oil.
  • Dip the florets in the mixture and deep fry the florets.
  • Take it out when it became golden brown in color.
  • Serve it.
