How to prepare Crispy Gobi Pakora
- Cauliflower Florets
- Besan 1cup
- Rice Flour 1/2cup
- Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1/2tsp
- Cumin Powder 1/2tsp
- Corriender Powder 1/2tsp
- Garam Masala 1/2tsp
- Chaat Masala 1/2tsp
- Cooking Soda 1/3tsp
- Oil to fry
- Water
- Salt
- Blanch the Cauliflower florets in turmeric.
- Marinate it some salt.
- Make a mixture of besan, rice flour, masala powders, salt n soda.
- Add water to make thick paste.
- Heat the oil.
- Dip the florets in the mixture and deep fry the florets.
- Take it out when it became golden brown in color.
- Serve it.
