Healthy Cabbage Sprouts Stir Fry without any masala

How to prepare Healthy Cabbage Sprouts Fry 




Ingredients:
  • Cabbage 1/2pc
  • Sprouts 1/2cup
  • Mustard Seed 1/2tsp
  • Cumin Seed 1/2tsp
  • Urad Dal 1trsp
  • Curry Leaves
  • Onion 2pc
  • Tomato 1pc
  • Crushed Ginger n Garlic 1tsp each
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
  • Corriender leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil 2tsp
Preparation Method:
  • Heat the oil and add oil to it.
  • Add mustard seed, cumin seed, urad dal n curry leaves.
  • Add chopped onion, fry till it get translucent.
  • Add crushed ginger n garlic fry till raw smell goes away.
  • Add chopped tomato fry till it get soft.
  • Add Cabbage n sprouts.
  • Add turmeric powder and salt.
  • Fry it till cabbage get done.
  • Add chopped Corriender leaves.
