How to prepare Healthy Cabbage Sprouts Fry
- Cabbage 1/2pc
- Sprouts 1/2cup
- Mustard Seed 1/2tsp
- Cumin Seed 1/2tsp
- Urad Dal 1trsp
- Curry Leaves
- Onion 2pc
- Tomato 1pc
- Crushed Ginger n Garlic 1tsp each
- Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
- Corriender leaves
- Salt
- Oil 2tsp
- Heat the oil and add oil to it.
- Add mustard seed, cumin seed, urad dal n curry leaves.
- Add chopped onion, fry till it get translucent.
- Add crushed ginger n garlic fry till raw smell goes away.
- Add chopped tomato fry till it get soft.
- Add Cabbage n sprouts.
- Add turmeric powder and salt.
- Fry it till cabbage get done.
- Add chopped Corriender leaves.
