Dahi Wali Bhindi/ Okra in Yogurt Curry

How to prepare Healthy Dahi Bhindi 





Ingredients:
  • Lady Finger/Okra 200gm
  • Curd 1cup
  • Gram Flour 1/2cup
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1/2tsp
  • Garam Masala 1tsp
  • Chaat Masala 1/2tsp
  • Corriender Leaves
  • Mustard Oil 2tsp
  • Salt
  • Green Chillies 2pc
  • Crushed Ginger 1tsp
  • Dry Chilli 2pc
  • Panch Phoran 1tsp
  • Curry Leaves
  • Hing 1/4tsp
Preparation Method:
  • Wash and Cut the lady finger in to 2inch pieces.
  • Fry the Lady finger pieces till it get well cooked.
  • Make a mixture of curd, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala and water.
  • Whisk it well.
  • Put the mixture in a pan and let it to boil.
  • Add fried lady finger pieces and Chopped Corriender leaves.
  • Tamper it with green chilli, dry chilli, ginger, panch phoran, hing, curry leaves.
