How to prepare Healthy Dahi Bhindi
- Lady Finger/Okra 200gm
- Curd 1cup
- Gram Flour 1/2cup
- Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1/2tsp
- Garam Masala 1tsp
- Chaat Masala 1/2tsp
- Corriender Leaves
- Mustard Oil 2tsp
- Salt
- Green Chillies 2pc
- Crushed Ginger 1tsp
- Dry Chilli 2pc
- Panch Phoran 1tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Hing 1/4tsp
- Wash and Cut the lady finger in to 2inch pieces.
- Fry the Lady finger pieces till it get well cooked.
- Make a mixture of curd, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala and water.
- Whisk it well.
- Put the mixture in a pan and let it to boil.
- Add fried lady finger pieces and Chopped Corriender leaves.
- Tamper it with green chilli, dry chilli, ginger, panch phoran, hing, curry leaves.
