How to prepare Palak Kalachana Recipe
- Palak
- BengalGram(1cup)
- Onion (1pc)
- Tomato (1pc)
- Ginger n Garlic paste (1tbsp)
- Cumin Seed (1tbsp)
- Turmeric (1tsp)
- Red Chilly Powder (1tsp)
- Garam Masala (1tbsp)
- Freshly fried and grounded cumin powder (1 tbsp)
- Oil (1 tbsp)
- Salt
Preparation Method:
1. Heat the pan and add oil into it.
2. When oil get hot add 1tsp cumin seed.
3. When cumin get crackle add chopped onion, add salt sothat onion get cook quickly.
4. Fry onion till it became golden brown color.
5. Then add ginger n garlic paste.
6. Add chopped tomatoes.
7. Add turmeric, red chilly powder, garam masala powder.
8. Add palak and fry it till it became soft.
9. Add boiled bengal gram into it.
10.Mix it good n cover with lid for 3-4min.
11.After 4min open the lid and add freshly fried and grounded cumin powder.
12.Now dish is ready to serve with Rice n Roti.
