How to prepare Kadai Paneer Recipe
- For Kadai Masala-
- Cumin Seed 1Tsp
- Corriander Seed 2Tsp
- Fennel Seed 1Tsp
- Peppercon 1/2Tsp
- Clove 3pc
- Green Cardamom 2pc
- Dry Chilli 1pc
- For Masala Paste-
- 2pc Onion Chopped
- 2pc Tamato Chopped
- 1pc Garlic chopped
- 2inch pc Ginger chopped
- For Kadai Paneer-
- 1pc Onion Diced
- 2pc Capsicum Diced
- 1/2 Tomato Deseeded and Diced
- 200gm Paneer
- Bay Leaves
- 2pc Green Chilli Splitted
- Turmeric Powder 1/2Tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1/2Tsp
- Cumin Seed 1/2Tsp
- Kasoori Methi 1Tsp
- Oil
- Salt
- Prepare the kadai masala and masala paste.
- Heat the Kadai add 1tbsp oil to it.
- Add Bay leaf, Cumin Seed, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder.
- Add Diced onion, capsicum and Paneer cubes.
- Fry it for a while.
- Add Kadai Masla, Masala paste, salt, Kasoori methi, Diced tomato.
- Cook it for 5mins.
- Take it out to a plate and serve.
