How to prepare Chicken Curry Recipe
- Chicken - 300gm
- 1 bay leaf
- 1inch cinnamom
- 2 cardamom
- 2 star anise
- 4 cloves
- 8 black pepper
- 1tbsp cumin seeds
- 2tbsp corriender
- Onion - 1pc(chopped)
- Onion Paste - 1/2cup
- Tomato Paste - 1/2cup
- Tomato - 1pc(chopped)
- Corriender Leaves
- Salt
- Oil
Preparation Method:
- Blend 1bay leaf, 1inch cinnamom, 2 cardamom, 2 star anise, 4 cloves, 8 black pepper, 1tbsp cumin seeds, 2tbsp corriender seed to a smooth paste.
- Put the pan on flame.
- Add oil in to it.
- Add 1 bay leaf and 1tsp cumin seed.
- Add chopped onion followed by chopped tomato.
- After tomato get smooth add onion paste.
- Then add 4tbsp ginger n garlic paste follwed by blended garam masala paste n tomato puree.
- After moister get evaporate add chicken.
- Stir it well.
- Add salt as per salt and water.
- Put the lid cover for 10 mins.
- Now our dish is ready to serve.
