Pumpkin Tikki

How to prepare Pumpkin Tikki






Ingredients:


  1. Pumpkin (250gm)
  2. Besan (1/2 cup)
  3. Sooji (2tbsp)
  4. Onion (1pc)
  5. Ginger crushed (1tbsp)
  6. Garlic crushed (1tbsp)
  7. Green chillies (2pc)
  8. Cumin seed (1/2tsp)
  9. Turmeric (1/2tsp)
  10. RedChillyPowder (1/2tsp)
  11. GaramMasalaPowder (1tsp)
  12. CorrinderPowder (1tsp)
  13. Chat masala  (1tsp)
  14. Salt
  15. Oil



Preparation Method:


  1.  Grate 250gm of pumpkin.
  2. Dry roast the besan and keep aside.
  3. Add oil to hot pan.
  4. Add 1tbsp of cumin seeds on to the oil and let it to crackle.
  5. Add chopped ginger and garlic.
  6. Fry it till it became golden brown color.
  7. Add turmeric and red chilly powder.
  8. Mix it well.
  9. Add garam masala powder and salt to it, fry till pumpkin get soft.
  10. Off the flame and let the mixture to cool down.
  11. Add chopped onion, green chilly, chopped corriender leaves in to it.
  12. Add corriender powder, chat masala and roasted besan.
  13. Mix it well and give the shape of tikkies.
  14. Shallow fry the tikkies from both sides.
  15. Now Pumpkin Tikki is ready.
  16. Serve it hot.
