How to prepare Pumpkin Tikki
- Pumpkin (250gm)
- Besan (1/2 cup)
- Sooji (2tbsp)
- Onion (1pc)
- Ginger crushed (1tbsp)
- Garlic crushed (1tbsp)
- Green chillies (2pc)
- Cumin seed (1/2tsp)
- Turmeric (1/2tsp)
- RedChillyPowder (1/2tsp)
- GaramMasalaPowder (1tsp)
- CorrinderPowder (1tsp)
- Chat masala (1tsp)
- Salt
- Oil
Preparation Method:
- Grate 250gm of pumpkin.
- Dry roast the besan and keep aside.
- Add oil to hot pan.
- Add 1tbsp of cumin seeds on to the oil and let it to crackle.
- Add chopped ginger and garlic.
- Fry it till it became golden brown color.
- Add turmeric and red chilly powder.
- Mix it well.
- Add garam masala powder and salt to it, fry till pumpkin get soft.
- Off the flame and let the mixture to cool down.
- Add chopped onion, green chilly, chopped corriender leaves in to it.
- Add corriender powder, chat masala and roasted besan.
- Mix it well and give the shape of tikkies.
- Shallow fry the tikkies from both sides.
- Now Pumpkin Tikki is ready.
- Serve it hot.
