How to prepare Ginger chicken Gravy
- Chicken - 300gm
- Ginger n Garlic paste - 5tsp
- Onion - 1
- Tomato puree - 1/2cup
- Turmeric - 1/2tsp
- Red chilly Powder - 1/2tsp
- GaramMasala Powder - 1tsp
- Soya Sauce - 3tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Green Chillies
- Corriender Leaves
- Ginger
- Salt
Preparation Method:
- Marinate the chicken pieces with 2tsp with ginger n garlic paste, 1/2tsp of black pepper powder and 2tsp of soya sauce.
- Put the pan on flame.
- Add 2tsp of oil on to pan.
- Add chopped green chillies and ginger juleane.
- Add curry leaves and diced onion.
- Fry onion till it became transparent.
- Add marinated chicken.
- Fry for 5 mins.
- Add 1/4tsp of turmeric, 1/2tsp of redchilly powder, 1tsp garam masala powder, 1/2tsp of black pepper powder.
- Add 1 tomato puree and salt as per taste.
- Mix it well.
- Cook the chicken at low flame for 15mins with cover a lid.
- After 15 mins take out the lids add chopped corriender leaves and grated ginger.
- Now dish is ready serve it with roti or rice.
