How to prepare Cabbage Manchurian
Cabbage 100gm
Cornflour 2tbsp
Maida 3tbsp
Capsicum 1pc
Onion 1pc
Tomato ketchup 2tbsp
Soya sauce 2tsp
Schezwan 2tsp
Blackpepper powder 1tsp
Garlic 1pc
Green chilly 1pc
Salt
Oil
Preparation Method:
Take chopped Cabbage in a bowl.
Add 3tbsp of maida, 2tbsp of cornflour, 1/2tsp of black pepper powder, salt as per taste, 1tsp of soya sauce, 1tsp of schezwan chutney, few drops of water and mix it well.
Make the dough and make small pieces out of the mixture.
Deep fry all the balls and take out to a plate.
Put a saucepan on flame.
Add 1tbsp of oil.
Add chopped garlic, green chillies, onion.
Fry it for 2mins.
Add 1/3tsp of black pepper powder and salt.
Add 1tsp of soya sauce, 1tsp of schezwan chutney, 2tbsp of tomato ketchup and cornflour solution.
When boil comes add chopped capsicum and cook it for a while.
Add fried cabbage balls to sauce.
Mix it well.
Add chopped corriender leaves.
cabbage manchurian is ready to serve now.
