Instant bread Uttapam Recipe

How to prepare Bread Uttapam Recipe




Ingredients:


  • Bread - 7pc
  • Curd - 1cup
  • Suji - 1cup
  • Maida - 3/4cup
  • Baking soda - 1/2tsp
  • Cabbage chopped
  • Tamato chopped
  • Peppers chopped
  • Carrot chopped
  • Corriender leaves
  • Salt 
  • Oil



Preparation Method:


  • Put the bread in to the blending jar by crumble well.
  • Add suji, curd, maida, baking soda to it.
  • Blend it well with 1 cup of water to a smooth paste.
  • Mix all the chopped veggies with a little of salt.
  • Heat the tawa put 1tsp of oil to it.
  • Add a ladleful of batter to the tawa.
  • Add the toppings on it.
  • Put 1/2tsp of oil on it and cover it with a lid for 5 mins.
  • Flip it to other side after 5 mins.
  • Add a little oil around it and cover it for 2-3 mins more.
  • Now the bread uttapam is ready.
  • Take it out to a plate and serve with chutney and sambar.

How to prepare Balushahi Recipe




Ingredients:


  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 1 Tsp
  • Curd - 2 Tbsp
  • Ilaichi powder - 1Tsp
  • Oil to fry
  • Baking soda - 1/2Tsp
  • Water 


Preparation Method:


  • Take maida along with baking soda.
  • Add Ghee and curd, Knead it well.
  • Add water if required and make it a soft dough.
  • Cover with a damp cloth and rest it for 1/2 an hour.
  • Make the sugar syrup with eqal amount of sugar and water of 1 string.
  • After half an hour take a small portion of dough.
  • Round, flat, press at center on dough ball.
  • Deep fry the dough balls on low flame.
  • Put the fried dough balls in to the sugar syrup and keep it for 1hr.
  • Serve the balusahi after sugar syrup get absorbed completely.

How to prepare Apple Dates Milkshake




Ingredients:


  • Apple - 1pc
  • Dates - 10pc
  • Almond - 7-8pc
  • Honey - 1tbsp
  • Cinnamom powder - 1tsp
  • Milk - 1.5glass
  • Ice cubes - 7-8




Preparation Method:


  • Soak almond and dates in luke warm milk for 1hr.
  • Blend it well.
  • Add 1 skinned out and diced apple to it.
  • Add cinnamom powder and honey to it.
  • Add 1glass of chilled milk and ice cubes.
  • Blend it to a smooth paste.
  • Pour in to the serving glass.
  • Garnish with sliced almonds and serve it.
