How to prepare Beetroot Tikki Chaat Recipe
- Grated Beetroot - 1cup
- Boiled potato - 2
- Onion chopped -1
- Bread crumbs - 1/2cup
- Corrinder leaves
- Green chillies
- Red chilly powder - 1/2tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2tsp
- Chaat masala - 1/2tsp
- Curd - 2tbsp
- Green chutney - 1tsp
- Mithi chutney - 1tsp
- Pomegranate seed
- Ginger n garlic paste - 1tsp
- Bhujia - 1tbsp
- Oil
- Salt
- Fry the grated beetroot along with ginger n garlic paste, red chilly powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala and cumin powder till moisture get evaporated.
- Take it out to a plate.
- Add boiled potato, onion, corriender leaves, bread crumbs, chat masala, cumin powder, salt.
- Mix it thoroughly.
- Make the shape of tikkies from mixture.
- Shallow fry it.
- Take out to a plate when it became crispy from both sides.
- Add curd, green n mithi chutney, chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, pomegrsnate seed and bhujia.
- Beetroot chaat is ready now to serve.
