Peanut Chanadal Chutney

How to prepare Peanut Chanadal Chutney Recipe




Ingredients:

  • Peanut - 1cup
  • Chanadal - 1cup
  • Cumin Seeds - 1tsp
  • Urad dal - 1tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Hing - 1/4th tsp
  • Green chillies
  • Dry chillies
  • Ginger - 2inch
  • Garlic - 5-6cloves
  • Salt
  • Oil

Preparation Method:

  • Fry all the ingredient except salt till it done.
  • Cool down completely.
  • Blend it well with water of required consistency.
  • Add salt as per required.
  • Tranfer to a bowl.
  • Prepare tampering with mustard seed, Curry leaves n dry chilli.
  • Add tampering to the chutney.
  • Serve it with dosa.
