How to prepare Peanut Chanadal Chutney Recipe
- Peanut - 1cup
- Chanadal - 1cup
- Cumin Seeds - 1tsp
- Urad dal - 1tsp
- Curry leaves
- Hing - 1/4th tsp
- Green chillies
- Dry chillies
- Ginger - 2inch
- Garlic - 5-6cloves
- Salt
- Oil
Preparation Method:
- Fry all the ingredient except salt till it done.
- Cool down completely.
- Blend it well with water of required consistency.
- Add salt as per required.
- Tranfer to a bowl.
- Prepare tampering with mustard seed, Curry leaves n dry chilli.
- Add tampering to the chutney.
- Serve it with dosa.
