How to prepare Odia Bhendi Rai Recipe
- Lady finger 250gm
- Onion 1pc
- Tomato 1pc
- Garlic 9-10clove
- Green chilli 2pc
- Curry Leaves
- Corriender Leaves
- Mustard 2tbsp
- Cumin Seed 1tsp
- Turmeric 1/2tsp
- Asafoetida 1/3tsp
- Panch Phoran 1tsp
- Mustard oil 2tbsp
- Salt
- Make the mustard paste with mustard,jeera,green chilli,garlic,Tomato.
- Fry the bhindi pieces.
- Add oil followed by panch phoran,hing,curry leaves,onion,haldi,mustard paste.
- Add water and let it to boil.
- Add fried Bhindi.
- Cook it for 5mins with lid.
- Add chopped corriender leaves.
- Serve it.
