Odia Bhendi rai || Bhindi in Mustard Gravy

How to prepare Odia Bhendi Rai Recipe




Ingredients:
  • Lady finger 250gm
  • Onion 1pc
  • Tomato 1pc
  • Garlic 9-10clove
  • Green chilli 2pc
  • Curry Leaves
  • Corriender Leaves
  • Mustard 2tbsp
  • Cumin Seed 1tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2tsp
  • Asafoetida 1/3tsp
  • Panch Phoran 1tsp
  • Mustard oil 2tbsp
  • Salt
Preparation Method:
  • Make the mustard paste with mustard,jeera,green chilli,garlic,Tomato.
  • Fry the bhindi pieces.
  • Add oil followed by panch phoran,hing,curry leaves,onion,haldi,mustard paste.
  • Add water and let it to boil.
  • Add fried Bhindi.
  • Cook it for 5mins with lid.
  • Add chopped corriender leaves.
  • Serve it.
