How to prepare Karela Chips Crispy
- Karela 200gm
- Besan 2tsp
- Rice Flour 3tsp
- Haldi 1/2tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
- Garam Masala 1tsp
- Chaat Masala 1/2tsp
- Salt
- Oil to Fry
- Cut the thin slices of karela.
- Mix all the ingredients except oil well.
- Heat the oil.
- Fry the mixture till it became golden brown in color.
