Kurkure Karela Chips

How to prepare Karela Chips Crispy




Ingredients:
  • Karela 200gm
  • Besan 2tsp
  • Rice Flour 3tsp
  • Haldi 1/2tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
  • Garam Masala 1tsp
  • Chaat Masala 1/2tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil to Fry
Preparation Method:
  • Cut the thin slices of karela.
  • Mix all the ingredients except oil well.
  • Heat the oil.
  • Fry the mixture till it became golden brown in color.
