Baingan Pakora | baigana Pakudi

How to prepare Baingan Pakora Recipe




Ingredients:
  • Baigan 1pc
  • Besan 1cup
  • Haldi 1/3tsp
  • Lal mirchi Powder 1/2tsp
  • Garam Masala 1/2tsp
  • Salt
  • water
  • Oil to deep fry
Preparation Method:
  • Cut the brinjal into 1inch slices.
  • Make batter with besan, haldi, lal mirch powder, garam masala, salt and water.
  • Batter should not be so thick or so thin.
  • Dip the brinjal slices in the batter.
  • Deep fry the brinjal slices coated with batter properly.
  • Take it out when the Brinjal slices changed color from both side.
