How to prepare Baingan Pakora Recipe
- Baigan 1pc
- Besan 1cup
- Haldi 1/3tsp
- Lal mirchi Powder 1/2tsp
- Garam Masala 1/2tsp
- Salt
- water
- Oil to deep fry
- Cut the brinjal into 1inch slices.
- Make batter with besan, haldi, lal mirch powder, garam masala, salt and water.
- Batter should not be so thick or so thin.
- Dip the brinjal slices in the batter.
- Deep fry the brinjal slices coated with batter properly.
- Take it out when the Brinjal slices changed color from both side.
