Gulgula | Indian Mini Donut

How to prepare Gulgula Recipe




Ingredients:
  • Wheat Flour 1cup
  • Semolina/Suji 2tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2cup
  • Curd 1tsp
  • Baking soda 1/3tsp
  • Oil to deep fry
  • Salt
  • Water
Preparation Method:
  • Take a mixing bowl and add wheat, suji, sugar, curd, baking soda and salt.
  • Add water to make batter of thick consistency.
  • Heat the oil.
  • Drop small size batter balls to the oil.
  • Fry it till it became dark brown in color.
  • Meanwhile flip the batter balls so that it will got evenly cooked.
  • Take it the Gulgulas out and serve it.
