How to prepare Gulgula Recipe
- Wheat Flour 1cup
- Semolina/Suji 2tbsp
- Sugar 1/2cup
- Curd 1tsp
- Baking soda 1/3tsp
- Oil to deep fry
- Salt
- Water
- Take a mixing bowl and add wheat, suji, sugar, curd, baking soda and salt.
- Add water to make batter of thick consistency.
- Heat the oil.
- Drop small size batter balls to the oil.
- Fry it till it became dark brown in color.
- Meanwhile flip the batter balls so that it will got evenly cooked.
- Take it the Gulgulas out and serve it.
