How to prepare Paneer Chilli Recipe
- Paneer 200gm
- Maida 1/2cup
- Cornflour 1/4cup
- Blak pepper Powder 1tsp
- Chopped garlic n ginger
- Chopped Spring Onion
- Chopped Green Chillies
- Chopped capsicum
- Soy Sauce 1tsp
- Red chilli sauce 1tsp
- Tomato Puree 1tbsp
- Vinegar 1/2tsp
- Oil
- Make a batter of maida, cornflour, balck pepper powder and salt.
- Dip the paneer pieces and fry it.
- Add oil to a pan.
- Add chopped garlic, Ginger, green chillies n capsicum.
- Fry it for 2-3 mins.
- Add all sauces along with cornflour slury and 1/2cup of water.
- Season with salt n pepper powder.
- Add the fried paneer pieces and chopped spring onion.
- Switch off the flame and serve.
