Paneer Chilli

How to prepare Paneer Chilli Recipe




Ingredients:
  • Paneer 200gm
  • Maida 1/2cup
  • Cornflour 1/4cup
  • Blak pepper Powder 1tsp
  • Chopped garlic n ginger
  • Chopped Spring Onion
  • Chopped Green Chillies
  • Chopped capsicum
  • Soy Sauce 1tsp
  • Red chilli sauce 1tsp
  • Tomato Puree 1tbsp
  • Vinegar 1/2tsp
  • Oil
Preparation Method:
  • Make a batter of maida, cornflour, balck pepper powder and salt.
  • Dip the paneer pieces and fry it.
  • Add oil to a pan.
  • Add chopped garlic, Ginger, green chillies n capsicum.
  • Fry it for 2-3 mins.
  • Add all sauces along with cornflour slury and 1/2cup of water.
  • Season with salt n pepper powder.
  • Add the fried paneer pieces and chopped spring onion.
  • Switch off the flame and serve.
