Matar Paneer

How to prepare Matar Paneer Recipe




Ingredients:
  • Paneer 200gm
  • Matar 1cup
  • Onion 3pc
  • Tomato 2pc
  • Ginger 4inch
  • Garlic 1pc
  • Peanut 2tbsp
  • Sesame seed 2tsp
  • Bay leaf
  • Dalchini 
  • Clove 2-3pc
  • Ilaichi 2pc
  • Jeera 1tsp
  • Haldi 1/2tsp
  • Lal mirch powder 1tsp
  • Jeera powder 1/2tsp
  • Dhania Powder 1tsp
  • Garam masala Powder 1tsp
  • Kasoori Methi Powder 1tsp
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Salt
Preparation Method:
  • Fry onion, Ginger, Garlic and Tomato.
  • Make a paste out of it along with roasted Peanut and Sesame seed.
  • Fry the paneer cubes.
  • Add oil, whole spices, jeera, matar, onion paste.
  • Add all dry spice powder and mix it well.
  • Add water as of your required consistency.
  • Add salt and fried paneer cubes.
  • Cover n cook on simmer for 5 mins.
  • Add 1tsp kasoori methi powder.
  • Serve it with Rice n Roti.
