How to prepare Matar Paneer Recipe
- Paneer 200gm
- Matar 1cup
- Onion 3pc
- Tomato 2pc
- Ginger 4inch
- Garlic 1pc
- Peanut 2tbsp
- Sesame seed 2tsp
- Bay leaf
- Dalchini
- Clove 2-3pc
- Ilaichi 2pc
- Jeera 1tsp
- Haldi 1/2tsp
- Lal mirch powder 1tsp
- Jeera powder 1/2tsp
- Dhania Powder 1tsp
- Garam masala Powder 1tsp
- Kasoori Methi Powder 1tsp
- Oil 2tbsp
- Salt
- Fry onion, Ginger, Garlic and Tomato.
- Make a paste out of it along with roasted Peanut and Sesame seed.
- Fry the paneer cubes.
- Add oil, whole spices, jeera, matar, onion paste.
- Add all dry spice powder and mix it well.
- Add water as of your required consistency.
- Add salt and fried paneer cubes.
- Cover n cook on simmer for 5 mins.
- Add 1tsp kasoori methi powder.
- Serve it with Rice n Roti.
