How to prepare Moong Dal Dosa Recipe
- Moong Dal 11/2cup
- Rice Flour 1/2cup
- Semolina 2tbsp
- Ginger 1inch
- Curry Leaves 7-8
- Green Chillies 2pc
- Hing 1/3tsp
- Salt
- Oil to make Dosa
- Wash n Soak the moong dal for 5hrs.
- Blend the Soaked moong dal, ginger, curry leaves, green chillies with 1cup of water.
- Add rice flour, semolina, hing and blend it to a batter consistency.
- Heat the tawa spread oil on it.
- Add laddle full of batter, spread all over the pan.
- When bottom side get brown color take out the dosas.
