Odia Dahi Kanji Recipe

How to prepare Odia Dahi Kanji Recipe




Ingredients:
  • Curd 1cup
  • Besan 2tsp
  • Pumpkin 50gm
  • Brinjal 1pc
  • Bhendi 50gm
  • Mooli 1pc
  • Turmeric 1/2tsp
  • Panch Phoran 1tsp
  • Dry Chillies 2pc
  • Green Chillies 2pc
  • Crushed Ginger n Garlic 1tsp each
  • Curry Leaves
  • Corriender Leaves
  • Hing 1/4tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil
Preparation Method:
  • Boil the vegies along with green chillies, Crushed ginger, Turmeric and salt.
  • Add Curd and besan mixture.
  • Let it to boil.
  • Add chopped corriender leaves.
  • Put another pan on flame and add 1tbsp of mustard oil.
  • Add Panch phoran, Dry chillies, Hing, Curry leaves, Lady finger.
  • Fry till lady finger get cooked and add it to the Dahi kanji/ Vegetable Kadhi.
