How to prepare Odia Dahi Kanji Recipe
- Curd 1cup
- Besan 2tsp
- Pumpkin 50gm
- Brinjal 1pc
- Bhendi 50gm
- Mooli 1pc
- Turmeric 1/2tsp
- Panch Phoran 1tsp
- Dry Chillies 2pc
- Green Chillies 2pc
- Crushed Ginger n Garlic 1tsp each
- Curry Leaves
- Corriender Leaves
- Hing 1/4tsp
- Salt
- Oil
- Boil the vegies along with green chillies, Crushed ginger, Turmeric and salt.
- Add Curd and besan mixture.
- Let it to boil.
- Add chopped corriender leaves.
- Put another pan on flame and add 1tbsp of mustard oil.
- Add Panch phoran, Dry chillies, Hing, Curry leaves, Lady finger.
- Fry till lady finger get cooked and add it to the Dahi kanji/ Vegetable Kadhi.
