Odia Dahi Baigana | Dahi Baingan

How to prepare Odia Dahi Baigana Recipe




Ingredients:
  • Brinjal 
  • Curd 1cup
  • Turmeric powder 1/3tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1/4tsp
  • Curry Leaves
  • Dry Chilli 1pc
  • Green Chilli 2pc
  • Grated Ginger 1tsp
  • Hing 1 pinch
  • Corriender Leaves
  • Oil 1tbsp
  • Salt
Preparation Method:
  • Cut the brinjal inti 1cm thin long pieces.
  • Marinate the brinjal pieces with turmeric, red chilli powder, salt.
  • Shallow fry the brinjal slices.
  • Take Curd in to a mixing bowl.
  • Add water, salt n Cumin Powder.
  • Whisk it well.
  • Add the fried brinjal to it.
  • For tampering take a sauce pan add oil, mustard seed, chopped green chilli, dry chilli, hing, Ginger to it.
  • Fry it for a while.
  • Add tampering to the Dahi Baingan.
  • Serve it.
