How to prepare Odia Dahi Baigana Recipe
- Brinjal
- Curd 1cup
- Turmeric powder 1/3tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1/4tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Dry Chilli 1pc
- Green Chilli 2pc
- Grated Ginger 1tsp
- Hing 1 pinch
- Corriender Leaves
- Oil 1tbsp
- Salt
- Cut the brinjal inti 1cm thin long pieces.
- Marinate the brinjal pieces with turmeric, red chilli powder, salt.
- Shallow fry the brinjal slices.
- Take Curd in to a mixing bowl.
- Add water, salt n Cumin Powder.
- Whisk it well.
- Add the fried brinjal to it.
- For tampering take a sauce pan add oil, mustard seed, chopped green chilli, dry chilli, hing, Ginger to it.
- Fry it for a while.
- Add tampering to the Dahi Baingan.
- Serve it.
