Palak Paneer Recipe

How to prepare Palak Paneer Recipe




Ingredients:
  • Paneer 200gm
  • Palak leaves 1bunch
  • Desi ghee 1tbsp
  • Cumin Seed 1tsp
  • Chopped Green Chillies
  • Onion Paste 1cup
  • Ginger n garlic paste 1tsp
  • Tomato puree 1cup
  • Turmeric 1/3tsp
  • Garam Masala 1tsp
  • Salt
  • Milk 1/4cup
Preparation Method:
  • Blanch the Palak leaves.
  • Make the paste of it.
  • Put the kadai on flame.
  • Add 1tbsp desi ghee.
  • Add cumin seed and chopped green chillies.
  • Add onion paste, ginger n garlic paste, tomato puree.
  • Add turmeric, salt, palak puree.
  • Add garam masala, milk and 1/4cup of water.
  • Fry till moisture get evaporated.
  • Add the paneer cubes.
  • Mix it well n Cover the lid.
  • Cook it for 5mins on low flame.
  • Take it out to a plate n serve.
