How to prepare Puffed Rice Dosa Recipe
- Puffed Rice 2cup
- Rice Flour 3cup
- Curd 2tbsp
- Salt 1tbsp
- Baking Soda 1/2tsp
- Oil to make Dosas
- Dry grind the Puffed Rice.
- Add Rice Flour, Curd, Salt, Baking Soda and blend it to a smooth batter.
- Rest it for 30mins.
- Heat the tawa and spread oil to it.
- Put the laddle full of batter on tawa.
- Spread it gently.
- Cover a lid.
- Take out the dosa when it is done.
