Palak Moong Dal Recipe Odia Style

How to prepare Palak Moong Dal Recipe




Ingredients:
  • Chopped Palak
  • Potato 1pc (Chopped)
  • Brinjal 1pc (Chopped)
  • Pumpkin 75gm (Chopped)
  • Boiled Moong Dal 11/2cup (Cooked with salt and turmeric)
  • Garlic 9cloves
  • Mustard Seed 1/2tsp
  • Dry Chillies 2pc
  • Jeera 1/2tsp
  • Urad Dal 1tsp
  • Oil 1tbsp
  • Salt
Preparation Method:
  • Put the Kadai on Flame and add oil to it.
  • Add Dry Chillies 2pc, Mustard Seed 1/2tsp, Urad Dal 1tsp, Jeera 1/2tsp.
  • Fry it till it change the color.
  • Add Sliced Garlic.
  • Add Chopped Pumpkin, Brinjal, Potato n Salt. 
  • Cook the veggies with lid.
  • Add the cooked dal and chopped spinach.
  • Cook it for another 5mins.
