Cauliflower Potato Curry

How to prepare Gobi Aloo Curry



Ingredients:
  • Gobi Florets
  • Potato 2pc
  • Onion 2pc
  • Tomato 1pc
  • Ginger 2inch
  • Garlic 9cloves
  • Corriender Leaves
  • Bay Leaves
  • Cumin Seed 1tbsp
  • Corriender Seed 2tsp
  • Ilaichi 2pc
  • Cinnamon 2inch
  • Star Anise 2pc
  • Cloves 3pc
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 3tbsp
Preparation Method:
  • Dry grind cumin seed, corriender seed, ilaichi, cinnamon, star anise, clove.
  • Add 1 chopped onion, ginger n garlic with splash of water.
  • Grind it to a fine paste.
  • Deep fry the potato n gobi florets.
  • Heat oil in kadai add bay leaves, cumin seed, onion, tomato.
  • Fry it well.
  • Add masala paste.
  • Add turmeric and red chilli powder.
  • Add water and salt.
  • Add fried potato n gobi florets.
  • Cook it for 5mins.
  • Add chopped corriender leaves to it.
