How to prepare Gobi Aloo Curry
- Gobi Florets
- Potato 2pc
- Onion 2pc
- Tomato 1pc
- Ginger 2inch
- Garlic 9cloves
- Corriender Leaves
- Bay Leaves
- Cumin Seed 1tbsp
- Corriender Seed 2tsp
- Ilaichi 2pc
- Cinnamon 2inch
- Star Anise 2pc
- Cloves 3pc
- Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 3tbsp
- Dry grind cumin seed, corriender seed, ilaichi, cinnamon, star anise, clove.
- Add 1 chopped onion, ginger n garlic with splash of water.
- Grind it to a fine paste.
- Deep fry the potato n gobi florets.
- Heat oil in kadai add bay leaves, cumin seed, onion, tomato.
- Fry it well.
- Add masala paste.
- Add turmeric and red chilli powder.
- Add water and salt.
- Add fried potato n gobi florets.
- Cook it for 5mins.
- Add chopped corriender leaves to it.
