Matar Pulao in Pressure Cooker

How to prepare Matar Pulao in Pressure Cooker



Ingredients:
  • Biriyani Rice 1glass
  • Desi ghee 2tsp
  • Whole masalas
  • Onion 1pc
  • Green Chillies
  • Ginger n Garlic paste 1tsp
  • Green Peas 1cup
  • Water 1.25glass
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1tsp
  • Chopped corriender Leaves
Preparation Method:
  • Heat the pressure cooker and add 2tsp of desi ghee.
  • Add whole spices, sliced onion and green chillies.
  • Fry it and add ginger n garlic paste.
  • Add washed rice and green peas.
  • Fry it for 2-3mins.
  • Add water and Salt.
  • Add cumin powder and corriender leaves chopped.
  • Mix it well.
  • Cover the lid and cook it for 2 whistles.
  • When pressure released automatically serve it.
