How to prepare Matar Pulao in Pressure Cooker
- Biriyani Rice 1glass
- Desi ghee 2tsp
- Whole masalas
- Onion 1pc
- Green Chillies
- Ginger n Garlic paste 1tsp
- Green Peas 1cup
- Water 1.25glass
- Salt 1tsp
- Cumin Powder 1tsp
- Chopped corriender Leaves
- Heat the pressure cooker and add 2tsp of desi ghee.
- Add whole spices, sliced onion and green chillies.
- Fry it and add ginger n garlic paste.
- Add washed rice and green peas.
- Fry it for 2-3mins.
- Add water and Salt.
- Add cumin powder and corriender leaves chopped.
- Mix it well.
- Cover the lid and cook it for 2 whistles.
- When pressure released automatically serve it.
