Flat Beans Poato Fry

How to prepare Flat Beans Potato Fry 




Ingredients:
  • Flat Beans 250gm
  • Small Potato 3pc
  • Onion 1pc
  • Mustard Seed 1/2tsp
  • Cumin Seed 1/2tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1/2tsp
  • Garam masala 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard Oil 2tsp
  • Corriender Leaves chopped
Preparation Method:
  • Divide the Flat beans in to half.
  • Slice the potato and onion.
  • Add oil to heated kadai.
  • Add mustard n cumin seed.
  • Add sliced onion and fry till it changes color.
  • Add turmeric n red chilli powder.
  • Add the flat beans and potato.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Cover n cook till the veggies get soft.
  • Add the garam masala and cook it for 2mins more.
  • Add chopped corriender leaves.
