How to prepare Flat Beans Potato Fry
- Flat Beans 250gm
- Small Potato 3pc
- Onion 1pc
- Mustard Seed 1/2tsp
- Cumin Seed 1/2tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1/2tsp
- Garam masala 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Mustard Oil 2tsp
- Corriender Leaves chopped
- Divide the Flat beans in to half.
- Slice the potato and onion.
- Add oil to heated kadai.
- Add mustard n cumin seed.
- Add sliced onion and fry till it changes color.
- Add turmeric n red chilli powder.
- Add the flat beans and potato.
- Add salt to taste.
- Cover n cook till the veggies get soft.
- Add the garam masala and cook it for 2mins more.
- Add chopped corriender leaves.
