How to prepare Aloo Matar Dry Recipe
- Boiled Potato 3-4
- Blanched Peas 1cup
- Mustard Seed 1/2tsp
- Cumin Seed 1/2tsp
- Onion 1pc
- Green Chillies 2pc
- Crushed Ginger n Garlic 1tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
- Red Chilli powder 1tsp
- Cumin Powder 1/2tsp
- Corriender Powder 1/2tsp
- Garam Masala 1/3tsp
- Chaat Masala 1/3tsp
- Salt to tase
- Mustard Oil 2tsp
- Mix all masalas along with salt.
- Heat the kadai and add oil to it.
- Add mustard n cumin seed and let it to splutter.
- Add chopped onion and fry till light brown color.
- Add chopped green chilles and crushed ginger n garlic.
- Fry for 2mins.
- Add blanched peas and boiled n diced potato.
- Add the masala.
- Mix it well.
- Cover n cook for 5mins.
- Add chopped corriender leaves.
- Serve with rice n roti.
