Dry Aloo Matar Recipe

How to prepare Aloo Matar Dry Recipe 




Ingredients:
  • Boiled Potato 3-4
  • Blanched Peas 1cup
  • Mustard Seed 1/2tsp
  • Cumin Seed 1/2tsp
  • Onion 1pc
  • Green Chillies 2pc
  • Crushed Ginger n Garlic 1tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
  • Red Chilli powder 1tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1/2tsp
  • Corriender Powder 1/2tsp
  • Garam Masala 1/3tsp
  • Chaat Masala 1/3tsp
  • Salt to tase
  • Mustard Oil 2tsp
Preparation Method:
  • Mix all masalas along with salt.
  • Heat the kadai and add oil to it.
  • Add mustard n cumin seed and let it to splutter.
  • Add chopped onion and fry till light brown color.
  • Add chopped green chilles and crushed ginger n garlic.
  • Fry for 2mins.
  • Add blanched peas and boiled n diced potato.
  • Add the masala.
  • Mix it well.
  • Cover n cook for 5mins.
  • Add chopped corriender leaves.
  • Serve with rice n roti.
