How to prepare Shalgam/ Turnip Cheela
- Shalgam 2pc
- Onion 1pc
- Corriender Leaves
- Green Chillies
- Besan 1cup
- Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
- Red Chilli powder 1/2tsp
- Garam Masala 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 2tsp
- Peel the skin of Shalgam and grate it.
- Take it in a mixing bowl.
- Add chopped onion, green chillies, corriender leaves to it.
- Add besan, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt to it.
- Mix it well.
- Add splash of water to it.
- Mix it well.
- Heat the pan.
- Add oil to it.
- Add small portion of mixture on tawa and gently spread it.
- Cook it for 4-5mins on medium flame.
- Flip it to other side.
- When the shalgam cheela became roasted on both side take it out to a plate.
