How to prepare Aloo Gobi Fry
- Cauliflower (1pc)
- Potato (2pc)
- Onion (2pc)
- Tomato (1pc)
- Ginger (2inch)
- Garlic (1pc)
- Green Chilly (2 pc)
- Cumin Seed (1/2tsp)
- Turmeric (1/2tsp)
- Red chilly powder (1tsp)
- Garam Masala Powder (1tbsp)
- Oil (2tbsp)
- Salt
Preparation Method:
- Make the paste of garlic, ginger, green chillies, tomato and keep aside.
- Put the pan on the flame.
- Add oil into it.
- Put cauliflower florets and fry till raw smell gone away.
- Take out the florets.
- Add 1tbsp of oil in to the pan.
- Add cumin seeds to the pan.
- Add sliced onion on to the pan when cumin seeds get crackle.
- Fry the onion till it became golden brown in color.
- Add prepared paste.
- Fry till moister get evaporated.
- Add turmeric, chilly powder, garam masala powder.
- Add potato cubes.
- Fry the potato for 2-3 mins.
- Add fried cauliflower florets and salt to it.
- Cook it for 15 mins on slow flame with the lid covered on pan.
- Keep stirring after some time interval.
- After 15-16 mins the dish is ready to serve now.
