Aloo Gobi

How to prepare Aloo Gobi Fry



Ingredients:


  1. Cauliflower (1pc)
  2. Potato (2pc)
  3. Onion (2pc)
  4. Tomato (1pc)
  5. Ginger (2inch)
  6. Garlic (1pc)
  7. Green Chilly (2 pc)
  8. Cumin Seed (1/2tsp)
  9. Turmeric (1/2tsp)
  10. Red chilly powder (1tsp)
  11. Garam Masala Powder (1tbsp)
  12. Oil (2tbsp)
  13. Salt




Preparation Method:


  1. Make the paste of garlic, ginger, green chillies, tomato and keep aside.
  2. Put the pan on the flame.
  3. Add oil into it.
  4. Put cauliflower florets and fry till raw smell gone away.
  5. Take out the florets.
  6. Add 1tbsp of oil in to the pan.
  7. Add cumin seeds to the pan.
  8. Add sliced onion on to the pan when cumin seeds get crackle.
  9. Fry the onion till it became golden brown in color.
  10. Add prepared paste.
  11. Fry till moister get evaporated.
  12. Add turmeric, chilly powder, garam masala powder.
  13. Add potato cubes.
  14. Fry the potato for 2-3 mins.
  15. Add fried cauliflower florets and salt to it.
  16. Cook it for 15 mins on slow flame with the lid covered on pan.
  17. Keep stirring after some time interval.
  18. After 15-16 mins the dish is ready to serve now.
