Dal Fry Recipe

How to prepare Dal Fry Recipe

Ingredients:


  1. Tur dal
  2. Onion - 1pc
  3. Tomato - 1pc
  4. Dry Chilly -2pc
  5. Cumin Seed -1tsp
  6. Cinnamom - 1inch pc
  7. Bay Leaf - 1pc
  8. Star Anise - 1pc
  9. Black pappers - 5pc
  10. Clove - 3pc
  11. Ginger n Garlic paste - 2tbsp
  12. Turmeric - 1tsp
  13. Chilly Powder - 1tsp
  14. Garam Masala - 1tsp
  15. Corriender Leaves - chopped


Preparation Method:


  1. Pressure cook dal with salt and turmeric for 5 min.
  2. Take a pan.
  3. Put the pan on flame.
  4. Add oil into it.
  5. When oil get heat add 1 inch Cinnamom, 1 Bayleaf,  1Star Anise, 4-5 Black pappers, 3-4 clove, 1 tsp jeera and give a toss.
  6. When jeera crackles add chopped Onion to it.
  7. Fry till onion get transluscent.
  8. Add Ginger & Garlic paste to it and fry untill raw smell get away.
  9. Add chopped Tomato and fry till it get smooth.
  10. Add Turmeric, Chilly Powder, Salt to it and keep on frying.
  11. When all masala get ready add cooked Dal to it and give it to a mix.
  12. Add Garam Masala and chopped Corriender Leaves and put the flame off.
  13. Now Dish is ready to serve with Rice and Roti...
