How to prepare Dal Fry Recipe
- Tur dal
- Onion - 1pc
- Tomato - 1pc
- Dry Chilly -2pc
- Cumin Seed -1tsp
- Cinnamom - 1inch pc
- Bay Leaf - 1pc
- Star Anise - 1pc
- Black pappers - 5pc
- Clove - 3pc
- Ginger n Garlic paste - 2tbsp
- Turmeric - 1tsp
- Chilly Powder - 1tsp
- Garam Masala - 1tsp
- Corriender Leaves - chopped
Preparation Method:
- Pressure cook dal with salt and turmeric for 5 min.
- Take a pan.
- Put the pan on flame.
- Add oil into it.
- When oil get heat add 1 inch Cinnamom, 1 Bayleaf, 1Star Anise, 4-5 Black pappers, 3-4 clove, 1 tsp jeera and give a toss.
- When jeera crackles add chopped Onion to it.
- Fry till onion get transluscent.
- Add Ginger & Garlic paste to it and fry untill raw smell get away.
- Add chopped Tomato and fry till it get smooth.
- Add Turmeric, Chilly Powder, Salt to it and keep on frying.
- When all masala get ready add cooked Dal to it and give it to a mix.
- Add Garam Masala and chopped Corriender Leaves and put the flame off.
- Now Dish is ready to serve with Rice and Roti...
