How to prepare Coconut Cheela
Coconut - 1/2pc
Rice flour - 1cup
Gram flour - 2tbsp
Ginger n Garlic paste - 1tsp
Onion (1pc)
Green chillies (2pc)
Turmeric - 1/2tsp
Chat masala - 1/2tsp
Garam masala powder - 1tsp
Salt
Oil (1tbsp)
water 1/2cup
Preparation Method:
Take grated coconut on a bowl.
Add all the ingredients except oil to the grated coconut.
Mix all the ingredients to a thick consistency.
Put the pan on the flame.
Add 1tsp of oil and spread it.
When oil get heated up add 1/3cup of batter into the pan and spread it gently.
Flip the coconut cheela to other side when one side get cooked.
When the coconut cheela get cooked from both side take it out to a plate.
Serve hot.
