Mushroom stir fry

How to prepare Mushroom Stir Fry




Ingredients:

Mushroom 200gm
Onion 2pc
Tomato 1pc
Ginger 1inch
Garlic 7cloves
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Kasmiri red chilly powder 1tsp
Corrinder powder 1/2tsp
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2tsp
Blackpepper powder 1/2tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil 1tbsp

Preparation Method:

Put the pan on flame.
Add cumin seed and let it to splutter.
Add 2 sliced onions fry till it became light brown in color.
Add all spice powders except black pepper powder.
Add crushed ginger and garlic also tomatos.
Fry it till tomato get soft.
Add sliced mushrooms and salt as per taste.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook.
Check it meanwhile.
Add sliced capsicum after moisture get evaporated.
Add black pepper powder and fry for another 2-3mins without the lid.
Put the flame off when capsicum get soft a little.
Do not overcook the capsicum.
Add chopped corriender leaves and mix it well.

Take out mushroom fry onto a plate and serve now.
