Puffy Soft Crispy Poori/Puri
How to prepare Perfect Puffy Soft Poori
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour 2cup
Oil 1/2lt
Salt
Water
Preparation Method:
Mix wheat flour, salt, oil 2tsp and water required to make smooth dough.
Make small balls of the dough.
Roll it out.
Fry the poori till it get crispy.
Serve with curry.
