Puffy Soft Crispy Poori/Puri

How to prepare Perfect Puffy Soft Poori




Ingredients:
  • Wheat Flour 2cup
  • Oil 1/2lt
  • Salt
  • Water
Preparation Method:
  • Mix wheat flour, salt, oil 2tsp and water required to make smooth dough.
  • Make small balls of the dough.
  • Roll it out.
  • Fry the poori till it get crispy.
  • Serve with curry.
