How to prepare Crispy Masala Fish fry Recipe
Fish - 4pieces
Ginger n garlic paste - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/3tsp
Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1/2tsp
Cumin powder - 1/3tsp
Corriender powder - 1/2tsp
Chat masala - 1/3tsp
Kasoori methi - 1/2tsp
Rice flour 1tbsp
Salt
Mustard oil - 5tbsp
Preparation Method:
Prepare the masala with ginger n garlic paste, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilly powder, cumin powder, corriender powder, chat masala, kasoori methi, salt as per taste and 2tsp of mustard oil.
Coat well the masala to fish pices.
Marinate it for 30mins.
Shallow fry the fish pieces with mustard oil.
Take it out when the fish pieces became crispy from both sides and serve hot.
