How to prepare Janhi Aloo Posto Recipe
Ridge gourd - 2pc
Potato - 1pc
Poppy seeds - 2tbsp
Green Chillies - 2
Red chilly - 1
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Garlic - 8cloves
Coconut - 1tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Salt
Oil
Preparation Method:
Make a smooth paste with poppy seed, green chillies, garlic, cumin seeds, coconut.
Put the kadai on flame.
Add 2tsp of oil.
Add panch phoran, dry chilly, sliced onion.
Fry the onions till it became light brown in color.
Add diced potato and ridge guard.
Add turmeric and salt.
Add prepared paste.
Add 1cup of water.
Cover and cook till the veggies became soft nd gravy became thick.
Take it out to a plate and serve with rice or roti.
