Masala Peanut

How to prepare Peanut pakoda Recipe




Ingredients:


  • Peanut - 1cup
  • Besan - 1cup
  • Rice flour - 1 cup
  • Haldi - 1/2tsp
  • Red chilly powder - 1tsp
  • Garam masala - 1tsp
  • Chat masala - 1/3tsp
  • Amchur powder - 1/2tsp
  • Salt 
  • Oil



Preparation Method:

  • Make a thick mixture with all the ingredients except oil by adding water little by little.
  • Deep fry the mixture.
  • Try to drop the peanut one by one with coated the batter.
  • Fry it till it became crispy.
  • Serve with sprinkle chat masala on peanut pakoda.
