Beans Peanut Masala Fry

How to prepare Beans Peanut Masala Fry Recipe




Ingredients:
  • Green Beans 100gms
  • Mustard Seed 1tsp
  • Curry Leaves
  • Garlic 8-9cloves
  • Haldi Powder 1/2tsp
  • Salt
  • Garam Masala 1tsp
  • Dry Mango Powder 1/2tsp
  • Peanut 1cup
  • Sesame 2tsp
  • Dry Chillies 2
  • Oil 1tbsp
Preparation Method:
  • Dry fry Peanut, sesame, Dry chillies and grind it.
  • Put the pan on flame.
  • Add 1tbsp of oil to it.
  • Add Curry leaves, Mustard Seed, Garlic and fry till garlic get golden brown in color.
  • Add green beans chopped.
  • Cook it with lid covered.
  • Add all the masala with salt.
  • Serve it.
