How to prepare Beans Peanut Masala Fry Recipe
- Green Beans 100gms
- Mustard Seed 1tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Garlic 8-9cloves
- Haldi Powder 1/2tsp
- Salt
- Garam Masala 1tsp
- Dry Mango Powder 1/2tsp
- Peanut 1cup
- Sesame 2tsp
- Dry Chillies 2
- Oil 1tbsp
- Dry fry Peanut, sesame, Dry chillies and grind it.
- Put the pan on flame.
- Add 1tbsp of oil to it.
- Add Curry leaves, Mustard Seed, Garlic and fry till garlic get golden brown in color.
- Add green beans chopped.
- Cook it with lid covered.
- Add all the masala with salt.
- Serve it.
