Fish Masala Curry

How to prepare Fish Masala Curry Recipe




Ingredients:
  • Fish Fillets
  • Mustard Oil
  • Cinnmon stick 2inch
  • Clove 3pc
  • Kalonji 1/3tsp
  • Jeera 1/2tsp
  • Onion 2pc 
  • Haldi 1/2tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • Ginger Paste 2tsp
  • Garlic Paste 2tsp
  • Jeera Powder 1tsp
  • Dhania Powder 2tsp
  • Garam Masala 1tsp
  • Tomato Puree 1cup
  • Corriender Leaves
  • Salt
Preparation Method:
  • Fry the fish fillets.
  • Heat the oil and add cinnmon stick, clove, kalonji, jeera, sliced onion.
  • Add ginger n garlic paste, haldi, red chilli powder, cumin powder, corriender powder, garam masala, tomato puree.
  • Fry it well.
  • Add water and salt.
  • When water starts boil add fish fillets.
  • Cook it for 5mins on low flame with lid cover.
  • Add chopped corriender leaves.
  • Take it out to a plate and serve.
