How to prepare Fish Masala Curry Recipe
- Fish Fillets
- Mustard Oil
- Cinnmon stick 2inch
- Clove 3pc
- Kalonji 1/3tsp
- Jeera 1/2tsp
- Onion 2pc
- Haldi 1/2tsp
- Red chilli powder 1tsp
- Ginger Paste 2tsp
- Garlic Paste 2tsp
- Jeera Powder 1tsp
- Dhania Powder 2tsp
- Garam Masala 1tsp
- Tomato Puree 1cup
- Corriender Leaves
- Salt
- Fry the fish fillets.
- Heat the oil and add cinnmon stick, clove, kalonji, jeera, sliced onion.
- Add ginger n garlic paste, haldi, red chilli powder, cumin powder, corriender powder, garam masala, tomato puree.
- Fry it well.
- Add water and salt.
- When water starts boil add fish fillets.
- Cook it for 5mins on low flame with lid cover.
- Add chopped corriender leaves.
- Take it out to a plate and serve.
