How to prepare Omelet Dosa Recipe
- Dosa Batter
- Egg
- Onion
- Tomato
- Corriender Leaves
- Haldi
- Red Chilli powder
- Garam masala
- Salt
- Oil
- Brake and whisk the egg with chopped onion, tomato, corriender leaves, haldi, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt.
- Put the tawa on flame and spread oil on it.
- Put a laddle full of dosa batter and make it thin.
- Add little oil and egg mixture on dosa.
- Flip it after it get set a little.
- Cook it for another 3-4mins.
- Turn the omelet side to top, fold it to half and take it out to a plate and serve.
