How to prepare Ghugni in pressure cooker
- Dry Green Peas 1 1/2cup
- Onion 1pc
- Tomato 2pc
- Cumin Seed 2tsp
- Corriender Seed 2tsp
- Cinnamon 1inch
- Star Anise 1pc
- Ginger 2inch
- Garlic 1pc
- Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1tbsp
- Salt
- Sugar 1/3tsp
- Corrinder leaves
- Oil 1tbsp
- Soak the Dry green peas for overnight.
- Make a paste of Corriender seed, Cumin seed 1tsp, Ginger, Garlic n 1 tomato.
- Put oil to the presure cooker.
- Add sugar, cumin seed 1tsp, Cinnamon n Star anise.
- Add chopped onion fry till light brown.
- Add soaked dry green peas.
- Add masala paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala powder.
- Add salt n 1 chopped tomato.
- Add water and pressure cook it for 3 whistles.
- After releasing pressure add chopped corriender leaves.
- Serve as snacks or with rice n dal.
