How to prepare Crispy Medu Vada/ Biri bara
- Urad dal 1cup
- Rice Flour 2tbsp
- Chopped Onion
- Chopped curry leaves
- Chopped Green Chillies
- Salt
- Cooking Soda 1/2tsp
- Oil to fry
- Soak the urad dal for 4-5hrs.
- Strain it and grind it to a fine paste.
- Take the paste in a mixing bowl.
- Add chopped onion, green chilli, curry leaves, salt and cooking soda.
- Add Rice flour and mix it well.
- Heat the oil.
- Take a small portion of mixture in hand.
- Make a hole in the center.
- Drop it in the hot oil.
- Fry it till it became crispy from both sides.
- Take it out of the oil and serve.
