How to prepare Ambula Charu Berhampur Style
- Ambula/Sun Dried Green Mango 2pc
- Water 11/2glass
- Mooli/Radish 1pc
- Mustard oil 1tsp
- Panch Phoran 1tsp
- Dry Chillies 2pc
- Hing 1/3tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Crushed Garlic 1tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
- Salt
- Boil water in a kadai.
- Add Ambula/Sun Dried Green Mango, Turmeric, Salt and Sliced Mooli.
- Cook it till Mooli get cooked.
- Take it out the kadai from flame and prepare the tampering.
- take some oil on a pan.
- Add panch phoran, dry chillies, curry leaves, crushed garlic nad hing to it.
- Fry till garlic changes color.
- Add the tampering to the Ambula Charu and cover the lid so that all the flavour gets incorporate.
- After some time take it to a bowl and serve.
