Charu Andhra Style

How to prepare Ambula Charu Berhampur Style




Ingredients:
  • Ambula/Sun Dried Green Mango 2pc
  • Water 11/2glass
  • Mooli/Radish 1pc
  • Mustard oil 1tsp
  • Panch Phoran 1tsp
  • Dry Chillies 2pc
  • Hing 1/3tsp
  • Curry Leaves
  • Crushed Garlic 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • Salt
Preparation Method:
  • Boil water in a kadai.
  • Add Ambula/Sun Dried Green Mango, Turmeric, Salt and Sliced Mooli.
  • Cook it till Mooli get cooked.
  • Take it out the kadai from flame and prepare the tampering.
  • take some oil on a pan.
  • Add panch phoran, dry chillies, curry leaves, crushed garlic nad hing to it.
  • Fry till garlic changes color.
  • Add the tampering to the Ambula Charu and cover the lid so that all the flavour gets incorporate.
  • After some time take it to a bowl and serve.
