How to prepare Kosala Saga Bhaja/ Chauli Saag
- Kosala Saga/ Amaranth Leaves 2bunches
- Mustard oil 1tsp
- Mustard Seed 1tsp
- Urad Dal 1/2tsp
- Jeera 1/2tsp
- Green Chillies 2pc
- Crushed Garlic 1tsp
- Pumpkin 25gm
- Brinjal 1pc
- Potato 1pc
- Salt
- Heat the pan and add oil.
- Add mustard seed, jeera, urad dal, green chillies, garlic.
- Fry it till garlic change the color.
- Add chopped veggies.
- Add salt as per taste and cook it till it got soft.
- Add the washed n chopped Kosala saga to it.
- Fry it till Saga get cooked well.
