How to prepare Paneer Jalfrezi Recipe
- Paneer 200gm
- Onion 1pc
- Garlic 8-9clove
- Ginger 4inchpc
- Cumin Seed 1tsp
- Capsicum 1pc
- Tomato Puree 1/2cup
- Tomato Sauce 1tbsp
- Cumin Powder 1/2tsp
- Corriender Powder 1/2tsp
- Garam Masala 1/2tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
- Red chilli Powder 1/2tsp
- Kasoori Methi Powder 1/3tsp
- Oil 1tbsp
- Salt
- Heat the pan and add 1tbsp of oil to the pan.
- Add cumin seed, Onion sliced, Garlic sliced, juliennes of Ginger.
- Fry it and add capsicum stipes.
- Add tomato puree and sauce.
- Add all dry masalas.
- Fry it well.
- Add Paneer pieces and toss it well.
- Add Kasoori methi powder and switch off the flame.
