How to prepare Coconut Dosa
- Coconut 1/2pc
- Idli Rice 2cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil to prepare dosas
- Soak the rice for 5-6hrs.
- Grate the coconut.
- Strain the rice.
- Take a blender add soaked rice and grated coconut to it.
- Make a smooth paste.
- Rest it for 1-2hrs.
- Add salt to taste and mix it well.
- Heat the tawa and greese oil on it.
- Put a laddle ful batter on tawa.
- Spread it gently.
- Cover and cook till dosa get set.
- Take it out the dosa.
