How to prepare Perfect Chicken Pakora
- Boneless Chicken 250gm
- Ginger n Garlic paste 1tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1/2tsp
- Corriender Powder 1tsp
- Garam Masala 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Baking Soda a pinch
- Vinegar 1tsp
- Egg 1pc
- Corriender Leaves
- Edible Food Color a pinch
- Cornflour 2tbsp
- Curry Leaves
- Oil to deep fry
- Take the boneless chicken in a mixing bowl.
- Marinate the chicken with Ginger n Garlic paste, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Corriender Powder, Garam Masala, Salt to taste
- Baking Soda a pinch, Vinegar, Egg 1pc.
- Keep aside for 1hr.
- Add Chopped corriender leaves, edible food color, cornflour after 1hr.
- Mix it well.
- Deep fry the chicken pieces one by one till it became dark brown in color.
- Add curry leaves.
- Take it out the chicken pieces along with the fried curry leaves.
