Healthy Sprouted Moong Curry

How to prepare Sprouted Moong Curry 




Ingredients:
  • Moong Sprout 11/2cup
  • Onion 2pc
  • Tomato 2pc
  • Cumin Seed 1/2tsp
  • Ginger n Garlic Paste 1tbsp
  • Cumin Powder 1/2tsp
  • Corriender Powder 1tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1/2tsp
  • Garam Masala 1tsp
  • Corriender Leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil 2tsp
Preparation Method:
  • Heat the kadai and add oil.
  • Add Cumin seed, chopped onion and fry till it became golden brown in color.
  • Add ginger n garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes away..
  • Add chopped tomato and fry till it get soft.
  • Add all dry masalas, salt and moong sprout.
  • Add water and cook it for 5mins.
  • Switch off the flame and add chopped corriender leaves.
