How to prepare Chicken and Green Peas Curry
- Chicken 600gm
- Green Peas 250gm
- Whole Garam Masalas
- Bay Leaves 2pc
- Cumin Seed 1tsp
- Onion 2pc
- Ginger n Garlic Paste 2tsp
- Tomato Puree 1cup
- Turmeric Powder 3/4tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
- Cumin Powder 1tsp
- Corriender Powder 1tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 2tbsp
- Corriender Leaves
- Mix all the dry masalas, add splash of water make a mixture.
- Heat the kadai and add oil to the kadai.
- Add bay leaves, cumin seed, whole garam masalas.
- Add chopped onion, followed by ginger n garlic paste.
- Add masala paste and tomato puree.
- Fry till moisture get evaporated.
- Add chicken pieces, green peas stir it well.
- Add salt and 1/2cup of water.
- Cook till chicken get cooked well.
- Add chopped corriender leaves.
- Serve with rice and roti.
