How to prepare Mirchi ka Salan
- Green Chilli 5-6
- Onion 1pc
- Curry Leaves
- Mustard Seed 1/3tsp
- Peanut 1/2cup
- Grated Coconut 2tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
- Corriender Powder 1tsp
- Garam Masala 1/2tsp
- Salt to taste
- Tomato puree 1/2cup
- Kasoori Methi 1tsp
- Oil 2tbsp
- Deseed the green chillies and fry it with some oil.
- Make a paste of peant, coconut, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, corriender powder with little water.
- Heat the pan and add oil.
- Add mustard seed, sliced onion, curry leaves, fry till onion get light brown in color.
- Add tomato puree, masala paste and water.
- Add salt and let it to boil.
- Add kasoori methi and fried green chillies.
- Cook it for 5mins on low flame.
- Serve it with biriyani.
